Horniman Museum -Summer World Fair

It was one of the hottest days and I set up my market stall in the beautiful Victorian Conservatory of the Horniman Museum for their celebration of the World. It was one of the hottest days of the year and we all started to melt in what is effectively a giant greenhouse, so all of the traders moved outside and we sold our pieces in the gorgeous gardens instead. It was a very successful day, I always enjoy taking part in their festivals.

Fish Commission for the South Pacific

It's that time of year again, when I beaver away on a batch of fish studies for the South Pacific. This is the first group I painted and all went very smoothly.

Trio pet portrait commission

I was honoured with the task of painting three beautiful rough collies, in a very loose, soft watercolour. I'm so happy with the results, I think the medium lended itself perfectly in portraying the characterful and incredibly fluffy dogs.
Scandinavian travelling with my old art studio buddies

I travelled by plane, train and boat on a Scandinavian adventure around Denmark, Sweden and Finland with my old art studio and University buddies. We saw the sights, tried the food and sampled authentic saunas!
Mencap Day Session

I ran art sessions working with learning disabled children and their siblings. We created safe spray-painted paintings of bees and flowers.
