Goache and watercolour study of a hare.  To create the texture of fur, I applied masking fluid using lots of small brush strokes, then painted directly over it.  Where the fluid is positioned the paint is resisted, leaving it paler therefore defining each hair. I did not remove the fluid as I felt it gave a more textured finish.
