Horniman Museum -Summer World Fair
Posted by Hazel Adams on
It was one of the hottest days and I set up my market stall in the beautiful Victorian Conservatory of the Horniman Museum for their celebration of the World. It was one of the hottest days of the year and we all started to melt in what is effectively a giant greenhouse, so all of the traders moved outside and we sold our pieces in the gorgeous gardens instead. It was a very successful day, I always enjoy taking part in their festivals.

We Drawn Together Collective girls had a stall at the ever popular Love West Dulwich Street Festival. Despite the damp weather many people made it out to enjoy live music, delicious street food and homebaked cakes and of course wonderful locally crafted goodies.

The Drawn Together Collective girls and I traded at our first markets of the year in the Balham Bowls Club and the Prince of Wales Brixton. We had lots of fun selling our prints at both events, enjoying all of the added festivities including ukulele bands, bbq, drinks and craft workshops.
